- 2 tb butter
- 6 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz bag of butterscotch chips
- 12 oz bag of chow mien noodles
- 3 cups unsalted peanuts
First, prepare your cookie sheet with wax paper or foil liner.
Melt the butter so that It coats the bottom and sides of the pan. Add the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and melt them. Next, add the noodles and peanuts. Stir quick! The ingredients start sticking together quick!
Once you are done mixing, put a tablespoon of the mix on the cookie sheet one by one. Once the sheet is filled, put it in the freezer and freeze for an hour. Take it back out and put in a large Ziplock bag and put back in the freezer to enjoy later.
