Pizza bombs are super yummy for a quick bite to eat! My husband just had some buddies over for poker night and despite of all of them being on diets, they sure indulged. I made about 30 of these and had left overs. They are perfect to freeze and heat up in the oven for later. I will definitely make these again.
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 jar marinara
- 1 bag mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag pepperoni
- 1 can pizza dough
Pre-heat oven to bake at 375 degrees.
Roll out the pizza dough and make it into squares. Put a small teaspoon of marinara on the dough, a little bit of mozzarella cheese and one pepperoni on it. Then, seal it up and then dip it into the melted butter mixture. Put it on a cookie sheet and start the next one!
In a small bowl, melt the butter and add 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
Next, put them on a cookie sheet (lined up) and put in the oven for about 15 minutes or when they look golden brown.
