Another holiday morning…and the kids decided they wanted eggs in a basket! This was one of the first breakfasts my husband would cook for me. This is one of my favorites. Enjoy!
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices bread
- 2 tb butter
Heat up the skillet and start melting butter over the entire pan. Put the bread on the skillet and poke a hole through the middle. (I use the cap of the Pam can.) Next, crack one egg inside each hole (or basket) of the bread. Add it to the pan and heat each side until golden brown. Serve hot.
