- lb ground beef
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 rsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup yellow onion
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tb butter
- 5 tb flour
- 1 bag egg noodles
Start boiling a pot of hot water. (You will add the egg noodles in it soon!)
Mince up the onion and garlic.
Melt butter in pan and start browning the ground beef.
After the meet is partially browned, add the onion and the garlic.
Next, add the pepper and flour. YOU MUST add the flour at this point because otherwise the consistency is off.
Add the soup and sour cream. Let is simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the egg noodles to the pot of hot water. Once it is done, add egg noodles to your plate and top it with the stroganoff mixture.
