Chicken (Left Over) Enchiladas
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 can jalapeno peppers
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cut up your left over cooked chicken. Then wrap up a little chicken and cheese into each tortilla. Lay the finished tortilla in the pan. Start the next one until done.
Then pour the enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes covered with foil.
