Left overs? Nahhh… looks like a new meal to me! This is a healthy salad (with no taco). I had to add a few chips for some crunchy.
- 1 can refried beans or black beans
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups lettuce (chopped)
- 1 whole tomatoe (chopped)
- 4 stalks green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup cheese (grated)
- 1 TBD tortilla chips
- 1 TBD salad dressing (but I actually eat this without)
- 1 cup guacamole
Brown the ground beef in a pan and then add the beans to it. Heat it up, cover and simmer.
Next, chop up all your vegetables and grate the cheese. Divide them up into piles. I usually put them in separate bowls so that we can put the topping of our choice in the salad. You are done! Enjoy!
