This dinner is so easy, I can’t believe I don’t serve it more often! I paired my scallops with a salad. This is a light dinner so if you are hungry tonight, you may need to make extra!
- 12 scallops (defrosted or fresh)
- 1 tb pepper
- 1 tb garlic
- 1 tb olive oil
Heat up your pan while coating the pan with olive oil. Add scallops to the pan. Add garlic and pepper to the top of all of them while cooking the scallops. Then flip the scallops after 3 minutes. Cook the other side for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Make sure not to overcook!
