We have a family get together this morning. When you are feeding a large crowd, you really can’t go wrong with a breakfast casserole dish. If you have lots of left over type sides or vegetables, add them into this dish! You can load this dish up. Enjoy!
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 loaf french bread
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 bell pepper (your choice)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 slices cooked bacon (ham lunch meat)
Grease the pan and line up the bread at the bottom of it. In another bowl, add all the ingredients and mix up well. Pour it over the bread. Then, cover and put it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, turn the oven on bake at 350 degrees. Then, put the casserole in there for about 45 minutes. I leave the foil on the dish until the last 5 minutes to make it golden brown on top.
