This recipe takes a little longer to make but it is worth it! This makes great left overs too!
Lemon Chicken Pasta
- 2 tb flour
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tb avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 package your choice of noodles
Cut up the raw chicken into bite size pieces. Coat avocado oil on the pan. Add the chicken in and start cooking it.
Once the chicken is done cooking, add the chicken broth and flour in to create a thick sauce. Add in the flour very slowly as it will clump if you do it too fast. Add in the remaining ingredients. Then add in the cooked chicken and let simmer for 20 minutes. The mixture should be coated thick Put this mixture on top of your choice of noodles.
