- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the salmon in a baking dish, add lemon juice, black pepper and butter. Cover with foil. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Once done cooking, place in a separate pan and place in the refrigerator to cool.
Serve over a salad of your choice.
