Salmon Cakes

Salmon cakes will cook in nothing flat! You can pre-make them the night before and cook later.

  • 1 can salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Italian
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tb olive oil
  • 3 tb worchester sauce
  • 3 tb parmesan cheese
  • 2 tb mayo


  1. Add all ingredients into one bowl (except the salmon and olive oil). Mix well. Then make the mixture into small balls and then flatten the ball.
  2. Next, fire up the stove and grease up a pan. Add the salmon patties on medium to high heat (not too hot) and leave on there for  2-3 minutes (or until golden brown). Flip and do the same to the other side.
  3. SECRET to keeping the patties hot is to be sure to have a sheet of foil on the side of the stove. Add the completed the patties to the sheet and fold over the foil locking in the heat to the patties.
