  • 6 corn
  • 1 stalk asparagus
  • 2 beets
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 tb garlic salt
  • 1 tsp peper to taste
  • 4 tb avocado oil


  1. Wash and cut up vegetables in bite-size pieces. Be sure to remove the outer layer of skin on the beets before cutting them. Then lay them on a cookie sheet and drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Leave in fridge until ready to bake. Once your main course is almost done, heat oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
