Soy Me Some Salmon

We eat salmon every week in our house so every now and then I have to change it up a little.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 4

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lemon (juice) or 3 tb lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (use 2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 slices of salmon

  1. Pre-heat over to 400 degrees. Get a baking dish and cover it with foil. It will save you from doing a dish. Put the salmon on top of foil in the baking dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in one bowl and then pour over the salmon. Put salmon in oven for 20 minutes. Check the salmon at 15 minutes. Add this salmon with a side of rice and vegis and you have yourself a meal!
  3. Salmon Tip: How do you know salmon is done? Well, the easiest way to tell is that you scrape the fork over the top of it and if it flakes, it is done. Another way (not the best way) is to cut open one of them and check if the middle is warm.
