Dinner Cacciatore


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 4 tb avocado oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp herbes de province
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 tsp dried red peppers
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese


  1. Put the cut chicken breast inside a ziplock bag with the pepper and flour. Shake up the bag.
  2. In a large pan, add the avocado oil and yellow onion and sauté it. Add the chicken to the pan. Brown the meat. Once it is almost browned, add the rest of the ingredients. Put a lid on it and simmer on low for abut 10-15 minutes.
  3. I always use spaghetti noodles with this recipe. I put the chicken on top with some parmesan cheese. (Hint: If you are re-heating this for later, then put it in an oven safe dish to heat up.)
