  • ½ lb cooked ham (lunch meat)
  • ½ cup chopped yellow onion
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 package of Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter

  1. First, grease up the baking dish. Then add the Hawaiian Rolls. I like the Hawaiian Rolls because it gives a sweet taste as well as the pre-cut rolls allow for you to cut up the casserole easier.
  2. Next, in a bowl, add the ingredients: ½ lb cooked ham (lunch meat), ½ cup chopped yellow onion, 8 eggs, 2 cups cheddar cheese, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ tsp garlic powder, and 1 cup milk.
  3. Then, pour the melted butter over the entire mixture. Cover with foil and put it in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next morning, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
