Easy Scallops


  • 12 scallops (defrosted or fresh)
  • 1 tb pepper
  • 1 tb garlic
  • 1 tb olive oil


  1. Heat up your pan while coating the pan with olive oil. Add scallops to the pan. Add garlic and pepper to the top of all of them while cooking the scallops. Then flip the scallops after 3 minutes. Cook the other side for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Make sure not to overcook!
