Brie Pastry Appetizer


  • 3 pastry sheets
  • 1/2 cup whole walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 whole round brie


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Trim the white skin off the cheese

  3. Place the cheese on top of the pastry sheets

  4. Tope the brie with the walnuts and brown sugar

  5. Wrap up the brie with the pastry sheet

  6. Place butter all over it. Cover it with foil and bake

  7. Add garlic bread or crackers
