Breaded Parmesan Chicken & Vegis

Kids love the breaded parmesian chicken! It is pretty quick to prepare and then bake!

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tb olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tb avocado oil


  • Vegis of your choice. I like zucchini and brussels sprout.


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. First, grease your pan and start your burner. Next, put the bread crumbs , pepper and garlic powder mixture on a dinner plate; and the egg and milk mixture on a different plate . Next, take your defrosted chicken breasts and dip it in the egg mixture and then coat it with the bread crumbs. Put the breaded chicken in the pan. Brown both sides for about 4 minutes. Next, transport them to a clear dish and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then top the chicken with parmesan cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
  2. For the sides, I love baking vegis. I clean the vegetables and cut in bite size pieces. Then douse the vegis with avocado oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Put these in the oven for about 10-15 minutes AFTER you take out the chicken. You want to let the chicken sit with it covered with foil. Once the vegis are done, you may serve it up.
