Meat Balls


  • 4 tb avocado oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup powdered parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg


  1. In a large sauce pan, put 2 tb of avocado oil in it and sauté the chopped yellow onion. When done, remove from the burner.
  2. In a larger bowl, add in the onion mixture, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. ground pork,1 medium yellow onion,2 tsp garlic powder,2 tsp dried parsley,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup milk,1 cup powdered parmesan cheese,1 egg. Mix it together with your hands and make small balls.

  3. Put the balls on a large dinner plate. When done, turn the burner back on and put 2 more tablespoons of avocado oil in the pan. Then start adding the meat balls in the pan. Every two minutes flip them so that most sides get browned.
  4. About 8 -10 minutes later, you will put the completed ones in a new container (one that you may use to freeze). Then the meatballs that you want to use, add the marinara sauce directly into the pan and then turn the burner to low. Cover it and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.  Add your choice of pasta to this or just eat the meatball.
