Clean the tuna and set aside.
Add all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and sauce to a bowl. Mix it all up.
Dip the tuna filet in the sauce and coat both sides.
Add the sesame seeds to a plate and spread it out. Dip the sides of the tuna into the sesame seeds.
Coat a pan with olive oil and let the pan heat up. Add the tuna filet in. Be sure to cook for 4 minutes on each side. They cook up fast!
Cut the filet and put on a bed of lettuce. Drizzle with glaze.
