  • 1 1/2 pound fresh raw tuna filets
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tb sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tb olive oil
  • 2 tb glaze
  • 1 bunch of lettuce


  1. Clean the tuna and set aside.

  2. Add all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and sauce to a bowl. Mix it all up.

  3. Dip the tuna filet in the sauce and coat both sides. 

  4. Add the sesame seeds to a plate and spread it out. Dip the sides of the tuna into the sesame seeds.

  5. Coat a pan with olive oil and let the pan heat up. Add the tuna filet in. Be sure to cook for 4 minutes on each side. They cook up fast! 

  6. Cut the filet and put on a bed of lettuce. Drizzle with glaze.
