Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans or black beans
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 whole tomatoe (chopped)
  • 4 stalks green onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup cheese (grated)
  • 1 TBD tortilla chips
  • 1 TBD salad dressing (but I actually eat this without)
  • 1 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan and then add the beans to it. Heat it up, cover and simmer.

  2. Next, chop up all your vegetables and grate the cheese. Divide them up into piles. I usually put them in separate bowls so that we can put the topping of our choice in the salad. You are done! Enjoy!
