Watermelon Sorbet


  • 1/2 fresh watermelon from Sam's Club
  • 5 tb organic maple syrup
  • 1 fresh lemon (juiced)


  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks. Add all ingredients to the blender. Then pulse (NOT blend) until you get the perfect consistency. Freeze in a freezer safe dish for 4 hours. Take out of freezer about 15 minutes before serving so that you can scoop it out with ease.
