Deviled Eggs


  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 dash of paprika to make it pretty on top
  • 1 zip lock bag and scissors


  1. Hard boil the eggs for about 15 minutes. Then immediately pour cold water over the eggs. This will help loosen up the shells to take them off easier.

  2. Cut the eggs in half and throw the egg yolk in the bowl.

  3. Mix yolk and other ingredients (except for the paprika) in a bowl.

  4. Next, you are going to line up the eggs on a platter (hole side up).

  5. Then you are going to fill the bag with the mixture in the bowl.

  6. Cut a small hole at the top of the bag and twist the top of the bag so that it is easier to squeeze the mixture onto the egg.

  7. Once you have added the mixture to each egg, sprinkle a little bit of paprika on top of it for color. Let cool in fridge until ready to serve.
