Vegetable Beef Stew


  • 1 can of green beans
  • 5 uncooked chopped carrots
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 celery stock (chopped)
  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 4 tb flour
  • 4 tb butter
  • 4 cups beef or chicken stock


  1. First, melt butter in a pan.

  2. Then you need to coat the meat with flour and brown it in a pan.

  3. Once the meat is brown, you will add it to the crock pot. Add all the other ingredients to this crock pot.

  4. Let cook on low for 3-4 hours and serve over rice.
